L.&.R.S which stands for Licensing & Registration Service is PTCCB’S online platform that allows stakeholders to apply for licenses, register products, track applications, view invoices, and download licenses, all from one convenient location.Â

Any PTCCB stakeholder or registered broker can create an account and access services relevant to their business.

3. Do I still need to visit the PTCCB office?
Many services can now be completed online through L.&.R.S, reducing the need for in-person visits. However, Pesticides will not be registered via L.&.R.S but instead will be done in office. Please refer to the regulations for more information. Â

4. What happens if I don’t have an establishment permit?
You can still create an account, but it will remain active for three months. To keep your account permanent, you must provide your establishment permit within that period.

5. Can my broker submit applications for my company?
Yes. Brokers can conduct business on your behalf once you approve their access through L.&.R.S.

L.&.R.S includes built-in guidance notes explaining the required document formats before you submit your application.

After payment has been confirmed by PTCCB, you can then view and download your approved license directly from L.&.R.S.
