The public is hereby notified that the household pesticides shown below are ILLEGAL under the Pesticides and Toxic Chemicals Control Act, 2000. Any person found importing, distributing, vending, storing, or using these products is liable to prosecution before the courts of Guyana and shall be subject to FINES AND IMPRISONMENT under the said Act.
